Questions about our cleaning services

Are you insured?

Yes. We have insurance for our business through a local insurance company.

Am I required to sign a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts. Our services are able to be canceled at any time with a common courtesy of 1 day's notice.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We provide the cleaning supplies. If there is a particular brand you would like for us to use, please let us know.

What do I need to do to prepare for a cleaning session?

The best thing to prepare would be to move as much clutter as possible and straighten up a bit. That way, we can concentrate on on cleaning in a timely manner instead of getting bogged down by moving things when cleaning.

What can I expect on the first cleaning?

We will come prepared with all the supplies needed. It may take a bit to be sure everything is cleaned properly. The following appointments should flow more smoothly once a routine is established.

Will the same cleaners be at my house every time?

Since we are a family business, you will have only our family cleaning your residence.

Do I need to be at my house when it is cleaned?

That is entirely up to you as a client. Many have their houses cleaned while at work or at other obligations. Some may prefer to be present during cleanings. It is your place and we respect any decision you make concerning this.

What happens if I need to cancel a cleaning appointment?

No problem. We would ask for a 24 hour notice if at all possible. We try to be very understanding if it cannot be avoided. We will work to reschedule to a more appropriate time, or we can cancel if needed.

How can I set it up to allow you to enter my house to clean?

We are open to whatever you are comfortable with and you wish to allow. Some may give a key. Some may leave a key in a designated place. Some may give access by key entry. Some may leave the door unlocked the day of the cleaning.

Is satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes. We really want you to be very satisfied with no worries of quality. If there is ever a time where you feel the cleaning is being missed in a certain area, call within 24 hours with your concern and we will come back and re-clean that area free of charge and take steps to be sure it does not get overlooked again.

How do I pay for your cleaning service?

We require payment the day of the cleaning service. We currently accept cash, check. This can be placed in a designated place in your home if you are not there. We also accept payment through Google Pay.
